Planning a Texas Toast Comedy Magic performance, a Cowtown Trio adventure, or a special entertainment appearance?

I'm delighted you're considering bringing the fun to your group!

Whether you're organizing a library program, school event, church gathering, senior activity, company celebration, or private occasion, these booking details will help you prepare for an enjoyable performance.

Serving the Greater Alton Area

Texas Toast Comedy Magic is based in Alton, Illinois, serving communities throughout the surrounding area.

Standard show pricing applies to locations within approximately 45 minutes of Alton.

Planning something a little farther away? You're welcome to inquire! Travel arrangements for events outside the standard service area can be discussed individually.

Audience Size

Shows are designed for audiences of up to 150 people, providing an entertaining experience filled with visual comedy, magical surprises, and audience participation.

Performance Space & Setup

I bring the magic tables, props, and performance equipment needed for the selected show.

To help everything run smoothly, the host provides:

A clear, level performance area with adequate room for the selected show.
Access to both the venue and the performance area at least one hour before showtime for unloading, setup, and preparation.
Convenient parking near an accessible entrance for loading and unloading equipment, with a practical route to the performance area.
Complimentary parking for the performer, or parking fees and garage charges covered by the host when free parking is unavailable.
Suitable audience seating with an unobstructed view of the performance area.
A comfortable, well-lit environment appropriate for the event.
A performance schedule that allows guests to enjoy the show without meals, snacks, dessert service, or food service taking place during the performance.
An attentive audience environment, with other activities, announcements, background conversations, and routine service interruptions paused while the show is underway.

Beverages are welcome during the performance.

The Cowtown Trio and other productions with larger scenic elements may require additional performance space. We'll discuss the arrangements when planning your event.

Reserving Your Date

Booking begins with a friendly conversation about your event!

Contact me with your preferred date, location, estimated audience size, and the show you're interested in presenting.

After confirming availability and discussing the arrangements, I'll send you a booking form outlining the performance details, reservation deposit, payment instructions, and booking terms.

Your performance date is officially reserved once I've received your completed booking form and required deposit, and you've received written confirmation from me.

A requested date may be held temporarily while booking arrangements are completed. If the booking form and required deposit are not received by the deadline specified in the email accompanying your booking form, the date may be released for other reservations.

Payment Options

I offer convenient payment arrangements for private events, businesses, and organizations.

Accepted payment methods include:

Major credit and debit cards through secure Stripe payment processing.
Cash for remaining balances paid before the performance.
Business checks from established organizations booking official company, school, library, church, or community events, subject to prior approval.

For private celebrations and individual bookings, reservation deposits are paid securely by credit or debit card through Stripe. The remaining balance may be paid by credit or debit card in advance or in cash before the performance begins.

Personal checks and electronic checks are not accepted.

For approved organizational bookings, business checks must be presented before the performance begins. Remaining balances paid by credit or debit card are due at least three business days before the performance.

Specific payment instructions are provided with your booking agreement.

Deposits, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Reserving a performance date and time means setting aside that spot on my calendar especially for your event.

Any required deposit is applied toward the total performance price, with the amount and payment schedule provided before the booking is finalized.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms will also be included in the written booking agreement, allowing everyone to understand the arrangements in advance.
